On the issue of personal protective equipment (PPE) is particularly widespread doubts about the management on the provision of PPE (eg shoes infortunistiche) all'interno di quelle aziende che ospitano i ragazzi per periodi di stage.

Infatti:
1) l'art. 18, comma 1, lett. d, del D.Lgs. 81/2008, individua tra gli obblighi del datore di lavoro "fornire ai lavoratori i necessari e idonei dispositivi di protezione individuale, sentito il RSPP e il medico competente, ove presente";

E' superfluo ricordare che, nel caso si tratti di scarpe, un parametro da cui non si può prescindere per un uso promiscuo è il numero.
Quindi, in conclusione, l'azienda potrebbe dotarsi di un "parco scarpe" idonee, con numeri diversi, da utilizzare per gli stagisti, ensuring their cleaning and disinfection at the time to switch from one user to another.
